The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:

You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.
 

Returns
Our refund policy is that All Sales and Services are Final without exception. Unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange because our products have been made to order to your specifications.

Shipping
Products in stock are shipped within 2 business days if possible. Products made to order are shipped within 4-7 Business Days upon completion if at all possible. All products are shipped using the following carriers:  UPS, or FedEx .  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your item. Once any item has been shipped to you, we are not responsible for any and all loss or damage during transit.

Appointments:

All appointments for services are confirmed in writing. All appointments booked in writing are a legally binding financial commitment for the services booked. All appointments valued less than $500USD must be cancelled no later than 72 hours prior to the scheduled start date. All appointments valued more than $500USD must be cancelled no later than 14 calendar days prior to the scheduled start date. All instruments must be received at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment slot. All missed appointments (instruments received 24 hours after the scheduled appointment for estimates under $500USD, or absent entirely within 72 hours of all work requests over $500USD) are subject to a missed appointment fee of 50% of the work booked in writing, not including any collection or legal fees. No exceptions. All missed 'estimate/evaluation' appointments are subject to a missed appointment fee of $175 USD.

COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

When you use this Website, you may be asked for personally identifiable information such as your name, address, email address, and telephone number. By providing such information, you will need to consent by using it in the manner described in this policy. You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing me at pettrypiccolos@gmail.com. I will return or destroy your personal information within five days of receipt of your withdrawal of consent.
